And dead zones, poisoned soils, population growth, species and habitat loss, depletion of natural resources…insistence on positive GDP? And fresh water?
Continuing to feed into the left right red blue dichotomy is as much denial of reality as global warming itself. Politics are nothing more than diversionary tactics to keep people fighting against each other rather than seeing the “wizard” behind the curtain who is financing the heat engine civilization which we have so willingly frolicked in. Our species has continued to ignore climate warming despite warnings from many luminaries and scientists dating back to the 60s in my opinion, including Jacque Cousteau, Carl Sagan and Buckminster Fuller to name few in my lifetime. So here we are, still in denial of both. That global warming is a political agenda and that it makes a difference who we vote for in this corporatocracy we pretend is a democracy.

The saddest aspect of life right now is that science gathers knowledge
faster than society gathers wisdom.When stupidity is considered
patriotism, it is unsafe to be intelligent.
The simplest solution is always the best. When I see all the freeways and roads I always think, what a perfect system for bicycles. Technology will not save us , in fact , it’s the very thing that brought us this mess. People will have to embrace a MUCH SIMPLER life.
