Several of the perceived leaders in the emerging market just shared updates showing their robots performing monotonous logistics tasks, using chopsticks, handling delicate objects with precision, and mastering Kung Fu.
Silicon Valley startup Figure AI just shared this footage of several of its Figure 02 humanoid robots performing sorting and package handling tasks at a customer site.
Figure hasn’t named the customer, but observers have speculated it’s Amazon or Wal-Mart. Figure founder Brett Adcock has said the new customer illuminates a path toward manufacturing 100,000 Figure robots in the next four years.
