Dash is a cryptocurrency currently vying for the number one spot as the world’s first widely used digital cash. A number of the alternatives that I have heard suggested, BCH, BSV, ETH, Doge, or the Bitcoin Lightning Network all have advantages and disadvantages, but none have truly taken off as the world’s digital cash. That is where Dash hopes to step in, with instant transactions and a highly decentralised network.
